Strolling down busy Shan Tang Street, we happened upon Momi Cafe, a café with a surprising twist. While having tea of coffee, you can write yourself (or someone else) a postcard in the future–up to 10 years out–and it will be mailed for you on the specific date you choose. The perfect souvenir!
Momi Cafes have become so popular that they can be found all over China, including Wuxi, Shanghai, and Xitang. It’s an unusual and fun experience, and–as far as I know–not to be had outside of China.
