Dune Bashing
Touristy. Check. Not great for the environment. Check. And yet, guiltily I admit it was so much fun! From the moment we left paved roads and our driver had to let air out of the tires of the SUV to accommodate the deep shifting sands, it was a non-stop, adrenaline inducing roller coaster ride up and down massive, steep dunes. Complete mayhem.
You don’t get to drive, as it takes a hell of a lot of skill to navigate the terrain. With a good driver however, it’s a great experience, as you never know when they’ll drop the car into a steep bank…and I mean STEEP. It’s a perfect experience for thrill seekers, and adventurous travelers.
